Our Mission
At Elevate and Explore, our mission is to empower individuals by offering educational workshops, career counseling, and community programs. We not only focus on enhancing basic literacy but also provide advanced technical skills to ensure our clients are fully prepared for the modern workforce. We are dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of our participants and the broader community through our high-quality services delivered by experienced educators and counselors.
Our Services
- West Virginia Division of Rehabilitation Services: We provide ongoing support to ensure clients of WVDRS are working towards set goals and continue to pursue evolving goals, fostering independence, and establishing a partnership built on trust and reliability.
- Educational Workshops: Covering a variety of subjects from basic literacy to advanced skills as we partner on the path to success
- Career Counseling: Personalized guidance, resume workshops, and job search strategies to foster independence and prepare for the workforce
- Community Rehabilitation Program: Community-Based Assessment, Work Skills Assessment, Direct Placement, Work-Based Learning Experience, Work Adjustment, Life Skills, Job Coaching, and Career Exploration Initiatives
